Terms & Conditions QQClub – A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the qqclub online entertainment platform, accessible via qqclub.ws and all associated sub-domains ("Platform"). By using the qqclub Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy qqclub, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and qqclub. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use the qqclub platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

During the qqclub account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active mobile number, and a valid email address. qqclub reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time and may request supporting documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or other statutory documents.

Any false or misleading information provided during registration or at any time thereafter will be grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all available credit balances.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the qqclub platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

Account Security Responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqclub account username and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including activity that occurs without your knowledge as a result of your own negligence.
• Qqclub recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account, and updating your password on a regular basis.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the qqclub customer support team immediately.

QQClub shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the qqclub platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. qqclub supports the following Malaysian local payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and other Malaysian banks on the FPX network

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction
• All deposits are processed within 2–5 minutes upon successful payment confirmation
• QQClub does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in your own name

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours for most payment methods
• Withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet must be made to an account registered under the same name as the qqclub account.
• QQClub reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests that exceed a certain limit
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a third-party account or e-wallet that does not belong to the registered qqclub account holder.

QQClub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer. The following are general conditions that apply to most qqclub bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

• Any bet placed after the conclusion of a sporting event or game will be considered void and will be automatically cancelled by the qqclub system.

Qqclub reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account for any of the following reasons, without prior notice and without liability to you:

• A breach of any condition under these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Direction or instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Business considerations of qqclub at the absolute discretion of management.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons and no breach of Terms has occurred, any remaining credit balance will be returned to you once the investigation is concluded. If termination is due to a breach of Terms, qqclub reserves the right to forfeit all remaining credit balances.

The qqclub Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QQClub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of any information contained on the Platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, qqclub shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, income, data, or business opportunities.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond qqclub's control, including internet connectivity failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Actions or omissions by third parties that affect your use of the Platform.

QQClub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the qqclub platform unless stated otherwise.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the qqclub platform following any amendments will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if negotiation fails, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
